  Clayton Penrod, 84, of Boswell RD 1, died Feb. 21, 1995, at Conemaugh
  hospital.  Born Aug. 12, 1910, in Jenner Township.  Son of John and Eve
  (Eppley) Penrod.  Preceded in death by parents; wife, the former Elsie
  Berkey; infant sister, Elma; infant brother, Alfred; and brother,
  Cletus Sr.  Survived by son, Donald Lee, married to Lisa Ash, Boswell
  RD 1.  Grandsons: Donald Lee II, Somerset, and Barrett John of Boswell
  RD 1.  Brother of Elsie Ling of Hollsopple RD 2.  Also numerous nieces
  and nephews.  Lifelong member of Centennial United Methodist Church,
  North Fork Dam Road, Johnstown.  Retired equipment operator for the
  Cassler Lumber Co., Cairnbrook.  Friends were reeeived Wednesday
  evening and will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the
  Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, where service will
  be held at 11 a.m. Friday.  The Rev. Duane C. Slade officiating.
  Interment, Thomas Mennonite Cemetery, Thomas Mills.
