  Helen I. Penrod, 53, Stoystown RD 1, died May 11, 1984, at Memorial
  Hospital.  Born Sept. 21, 1930, in Conemaugh Township, Somerset
  County, daughter of Cletus and Ada (Good) Penrod Sr.  Preceded in
  death by mother, who died in 1953.  Survived by father, Boswell RD 1;
  two daughters: Debra (Baraniak), wife of Charles Trexel, Stoystown RD
  1; and Joan Baraniak, Boswell RD 1; also granddaughter, Christine
  Trexel.  Sister of: Evelyn, wife of Richard Luke, Erie; Ruth, wife of
  Raymond Neatrour, Johnstown RD 4; John W., married to former Laura
  St. Clair, Thomas Mills; Cletus Jr., married to former Martha
  Tunstall, Boswell RD 1; Blaine, Bradenville, Pa.; and Erma Nicklow,
  Somerset.  Member of Laurel Mountain Grace Brethren Church, Junior
  Farm Fed. Credit Union and I.L.G.W.U.  Retired September 1983 from
  Dorfman-Hoffman Garment Factory, Boswell, with 22 years service.
  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St., Boswell.  Body
  will be removed to Thomas Mennonite Church, near Thomas Mills, for
  viewing from 10 a.m. Monday until time of service at 11 a.m., the
  Revs. Russell Simpson and Donald Speigle.  Interment, Thomas Church
  Cemetery.  Memorial contributions to American Caneer Society would be
  appreeiated.
