  John W. Penrod, 64, of Hollsopple RD 2, died June 18, 1993, at
  Conemaugh Hospital.  Born Feb. 25, 1929, in Conemaugh Township, son of
  Cletus and Ada (Good) Penrod.  Preceded in death by parents, and
  sister, Helen Baraniak.  Survived by wife the former Laura St.Clair,
  and these children: Randy J. Penrod, married to the former Luann
  Watkins, Stoystown RD 1, Karen Lee at home, Barry Penrod, engaged to
  Tina Kline, and William Penrod both of Boswell RD 2, Robert Penrod
  engaged to Gail Weimer, Boswell RD 1, Jerry Penrod, and Tracy
  Reynolds, Friedens, six grandchildren.  Brother of Evelyn Luke,
  Harborcreek, Bruce Neatrour, and Cletus, married to the former Martha
  Tunstall, both of Boswell RD 1, Blaine, Latrobe, and Erma Nicklow,
  Friedens.  Member of Mt. Laurel United Church of Christ.  Army veteran
  of Korean War.  Former employee of P.B.S. Coals Inc.  Friends received
  noon to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny
  St., Boswell, viewing also from 11 a.m until time of service noon
  Monday at Mt. Laurel Church, Rev. Joseph Beer.  Interment, Beam
  Cemetery.
