  Brooke Earl Penrose, 26, Friedens, passed on July 31, 2005, in Milford
  Township. Born June 7, 1979, in Latrobe, he is the son of Lisa A. (Johnson)
  Penrose of Friedens. He is preceded in death by his uncle Clifford Johnson. He
  is survived by his mother, aunts Anita Charlton, Friedens; Doreen, married to
  Keith Rose, Ligonier; and Denise, married to James Neiderhiser, Naples, Fla.;
  uncle, Jeffrey, married to Kathy Johnson, Ligonier; and cousins Corrie and
  Brian Johnson, Shane and Jacob Rose and Jessie Johnson. He is a 1999 graduate
  of North Star High School and was an avid NASCAR fan. Friends may call from 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset. A service will
  be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Ligonier Christian and Missionary Alliance
  Church. The Rev. Larry McDonald officiating. Interment at Beulah Church
  Cemetery, Somerset.
