Born Sept. 3, 1902, in Brothersvalley Township, daughter of the late J. Nevin and Edith (Engle) Hay. She was preceded in death by first husband, Edison H. Walker, in 1941; second husband, Leon Perez, in 1986; son, Francis H. Walker, in 1941; sister, Mrs. Ernest (Helen) Miller; and brother, John Engle Hay. She is survived by a son, Jay E. Walker of Lubbock; grandchildren: Jay E. II of Argyle, Texas, and Nola of Denton, Texas. She was a sister of: Robert E. Hay, Berlin RD 3; and Mrs. William (Romaine) Robinson, LaVale, Md. She was a former resident of Berlin, Somerset and Tampa, Fla. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, BERLIN, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Ralph E. Mills. Interment, Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
