  PERSUHN
  
  Jack "Dan" Persuhn, 27, of Fairhope, died Oct. 23, 2002 at Metro
  Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio.  Born Dec. 18, 1974 in Meyersdale, he was
  the son of Ted W. and Connie (Albright) Persuhn of Fairhope.  Preceded
  in death by a maternal grandfather, John Albright and a paternal
  grandfather, Ted C. Persuhn.  Surviving in addition to his parents,
  are two brothers, Stacy W. at home, Ted M. married to the former
  Linda Rosenberger, Glen Savage; one sister Karen, married to Steven
  Walak, Rehoboth Beach, Del.; three nephews Ted Michael Jr., Ryan Scot
  Persuhn and Zachary Walak; one niece, Kayla Walak; maternal
  grandmother Idella Albright, Hyndman; paternal grandmother Ethel
  Persuhn, Fairhope; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  He worked
  road construction for Swank Associated Companies, New Kensington, Pa.
  and was a graduate of Shanksville-Stonycreek High School Class of
  1993.  Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday
  at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin where a service will be held 10 a.m.
  Monday, with Rev: Don Cottrell officiating.  Interment, Berlin
  I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
