Persuhn Sr., 66, Cairnbrook, died Nov. 13, 1998, at Memorial Medical Center. Born March 1, 1932, in Somerset, son of Harry and Harriet (Cramer) Persuhn. Preceded in death by parents and brother, Harry R. Survived by wife of 41 years, the former Pauline Lovrencic; children, Judith Ann, wife of Robert Dryburg, Friedens; Paul J. Jr., married to former Adele Irvin, Cairnbrook; and Harriet Fran, wife of Michael Brendle, Somerset; and grandchildren, Charity, Alex, Jerimiah, Ashley, Milton, R.C., Westley and Erin. Brother of Theodore, Fairhope; Edward, Hooversville; Robert, Georgia; Charlotte Bruick, Fairhope; and Mary Deneen, Cairnbrook. Paul was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. U.S. Air Force veteran of Korean Conflict. Retired millwright from Bethlehem Steel Corp. Member of Central City American Legion. Lifetime member of NRA. Friends were received Sunday at Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City, and will be received from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Monday at Ridge Church of the Brethren, Pastor Brian Simmons. Interment, McGregor Cemetery. Graveside military rites by Central City American Legion and VFW. In lieu of flowers, family asks that donations be made in Paul's memory to American Heart Association.
