  JOSEPHINE F. PETENBRINK
  
  Josephine F. Petenbrink, 63, of 1214 National Highway, died Thursday,
  December 13, 1984, Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Maryland.  Born
  in Crellin, she was a daughter of the late John Forman and Lulu
  (Kitzmiller) Forman.  She was a retired employee of Kight's Cleaning
  Plant in Oakland, Maryland.  She was a member of Mount Carmel Lutheran
  Church.  Surviving are her husband, Oscar Petenbrink; two daughters,
  Mrs. Carol Lepley, Winchester Road; Mrs. Mary Kay Kennell,
  Wellersburg; four sisters: Mrs. Kay Lewis, Oakland; Mrs. Marguerite
  Mazer and Mrs. Jean Yutzy, both of Meyersdale; Mrs. Lu Ann Jackson,
  Columbiana, Ohio; two brothers: Carroll Forman and John Forman, both
  of Oakland; four grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
  Friends were received at the Hafer Chapel of the Hills Mortuary where
  services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Gene Abel.  Interment,
  Mount Carmel Lutheran Cemetery.
