  MARTHA PETENBRINK 
  
  Mrs. Martha Jane Petenbrink, 81, of Wellersburg, died April 10, 1978,
  at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  Born at Sand Patch, she was a
  daughter of the late Philmore Smith and Susan (Hutzell) Smith.  Her
  husband, Elmer A. Petenbrink, died in 1949.  She was a member of White
  Oaks Lutheran Church and Senior Citizens of Wellersburg.  Surviving are
  two sons, Robert Dale Petenbrink, Swenksville; and Chester E.
  Petenbrink, Hyndman RD 1; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Alice Weimer,
  Phoenix, Ariz.; a brother, Dewey Smith, Mt. Savage; two sisters, Mrs.
  Lydia Christner and Mrs. Berdella Housel, Meyersdale RD 4; 16
  grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.  Services were held at the
  White Oaks Church Friday with the Rev. Gene J. Abel officiating.
  Interment, church cemetery.  Arrangements were made by Zeigler Funeral
  Home.
