  Robert Lee Peterman Sr., 70, of Stoystown (Reading Mines) died Dec.
  27, 1998, at Somerset Hospital.  Born April 30, 1928, in Hooversville,
  son of Daniel and Anna (Rhoads) Peterman.  Preceded in death by
  parents; two sisters and a brother.  Survived by his wife of 46 years,
  the former Ellen Durst; and these children: Robert Jr., married to the
  former Tammy Ankney, and Glenna, married to Thomas Housel, both of
  Stoystown; and Debra, married to Randy Hall, of York.  Nine
  grand-children and nine great-grandchildren.  Brother of Carrie Reed,
  Lockport, N.Y.; half-brother of Roy Peterman of Stoystown and Peggy
  Rody of Rockwood.  Retired coal miner.  Family will receive friends
  from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown,
  where service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday.  Pastor Charles Kelly
  officiating.  Interment, Oddfellows Cemetery, Stoystown.  Instead of
  flowers, contributions may be given to the family.
