   George Carl Peters Sr., 75, Somerset, formerly of Pittsburgh, went to be with God May
  30, 2007, at his residence. Born June 29, 1931, in Pittsburgh, the son of John Carl and
  Fydellis (Remmick) Peters. Preceded in death by parents; brother, John William "Bill"
  Peters; and granddaughter, April Thomas. Survived by wife, the former Barbara Ann Six, to
  whom he was married 23 years; children, Mrs. Michael (Della) Skeria, Somerset; Mrs. Steven
  (Eva) Berkley, Boswell; George Carl Peters Jr., married to the former Tammy Custer,
  Berlin; Edwin Peters, Somerset; stepchildren, Robert Bolek Jr., William Bolek, Michael
  Bolek and Kimberly Smith; and numerous grandchildren. Also survived by sister, Ruth
  Ritter, Delmont; and first wife, Mrs. Thomas (Leota) McMillen, Somerset. Worked
  construction for Corman Construction Co. in Jessup, Md., retiring in 1985. Also a member
  of Baltimore Breaker CB Club, also IOOF in Dundalk, Md. Friends were received Friday at
  the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be conducted 10 a.m.
