  Charles P. Peterson, 60, of Girard, Ohio, formerly of Gray, died May
  1974, in the Southside Hospital, Youngstown, Ohio.  He was born March
  31, 1914.  Preceded in death by a son, Gene, Feb., 1974.  Survived by
  his wife, Mary Benedict Peterson of Youngstown, Ohio; a daughter,
  Barbara Polak of Strughters, Ohio; and one brother, Ernest Peterson of
  Pittsburgh.  Services in the Blackstone Funeral Home 11 a.m. Monday at
  Girard, Ohio.  Viewing Saturday (today) 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday 7 to 9
  p.m.
