  PETERSON 
   
  Ray E. Peterson, 48, of Boswell RD 2, died Sept. 6, 1978 at Winber
  Hospital.  Born May 5, 1930 in Boswell, son of Charles E. and Louise
  A. (Holeva) Peterson.  Preceded in death by parents and one brother,
  Robert M., who died July 14, 1973.  Survived by his widow, the former
  Bonnie Lou Homer; two sons, Jerry L. and Terry L, both at home.  He
  was a brother of Gladys, wife of Andy Furman of Acosta; Helen, wife
  of Stanley Kaminski of Boswell; David, married to the former Doris
  Jane Smith, Longview, Texas; Millard, married to the fonmer Lona
  Sandak, Johnstown RD 4; Donald, married to the former Glenda Knupp,
  Stoystown RD 2; and Richard of Norwich, Conn.  He was a member of
  Laurel Trinity Lutheran Church in Jennerstown, an employe of
  Riverside Market at the Somerset Mall, a veteran of the Korean War
  and served in the U.S. Air Force.  Friends are being received from 7
  to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the Joseph
  Roffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St., Boswell.  Funeral services
  will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Laurel Trinity Lutheran Church
  in Jennerstown with the Rev. Jesse E. Wolf officiating.  Interment,
  Jenner Crossroads, Cemetery.
