(Petro) Petrelles, Rockville, Md., passed away June 18, 2004, at Shady Grove Hospital in Rockville after a lengthy illness. Born September 10, 1936, in Brothersvalley Township, daughter of Wasco and Elsie (Ditchko) Petro. Preceded in death by parents, sister Ann Golian, brothers Michael, Lewis and Steve, and nephew Mark. Survived by her husband of 44 years, Ronald, and their children, Marea Petrelles, Derwood, Md., Valerie, married to Mark Katsouros, Glenwood, Md., and Matthew, married to Kris, Hagerstown, Md., and four grandchildren, Kelsi, Ellie Julia, Mallory, and Maxwell, sisters, Mary Horvath, McLean, Va., Elsie McAllister, Raytown, Mo., brothers, John, Rockville, Md., Nicholas, Wheaton, Md., Joseph and Paul, Berlin, and many loving nieces and nephews. She was a skilled archer and an avid gardener, and enjoyed hiking with her beloved Airedale terriers and loving husband. She retired from the National Institutes of Health as a private secretary, and formerly worked for Holliday-Tyler Printing. She was a 1954 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School.
