  PETRY
  
  Betty C. Petry, 75, of Salisbury died Jan. 15, 2000, at Memoria
  Medical Center, Johnstown.  Born March 8, 1924, in Meyersdale,
  daughter of the late Carmen A. and Anna "Bess" (Greig) Carouse.  Also
  preceded in death by her husband, Fred H. "Hon" Petry; and her
  half-sister, Margaret Phalin.  Survived by two daughters, Sandra, wife
  of Tony Acone, Palm Desert, Calif., and Diane Eller, Costa Mesa,
  Calif., also six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Friends
  will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., Monday at the Price
  Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where a service will be conducted 10 a.m.,
  Tuesday, with the Rev. Raymond L. Brown officiating.  Interment, 
  Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
