  PETRY
  
  Fred H. "Hon" Petry, 71, of Salisbury, died June 20, 1988, at the
  Butler Medical Center.  Born May 21, 1917, Salisbury, son of the late
  Fred H. and Grace (Wagner) Petry.  Also, preceded in death by a
  brother Jack.  Survived by his wife, the former Betty C. Carouse and
  two daughters; Mrs. Saundra Acone of Palm Desert, Calif., and Mrs.
  Diane Eller of Costa Mesa. Calif; six grandchildren and three
  great-grandchildren.  He was a retired engineer for the Swindell
  Dressler Corp. of Pittsburgh.  Member of St. John's United Church of
  Christ, Salisbury.  Member of the Meyersdale Lodge No. 554 F.&A.M.
  Veteran of World War II.  There will be no visitation or service and
  interment will be held at the convenience of the family at the Union
  Cemetery, Meyersdale.
