  PFEIFER, Dolores (Younkin) 08/09/06 Daily American
  
   Dolores Pfeifer, 68, made her final journey home at 8:20 p.m. Aug. 6, 2006. Born
  Dolores Jean Younkin on Feb. 13, 1938, in Somerset, she was the youngest of five
  children. She joins her mother, Mary (Sullivan) Younkin, her father, Ross Younkin, her
  two older sisters, Marie Sandstrom and Othelia Drabish, and her adored pet, Pudge. From
  her heavenly perch, she watches over her other two sisters, Cleo Goller and Lorena
  Cramer, her four children Elizabeth Faidley, John Pfeifer Jr., James Pfeifer, and Sheryl
  Walton, seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Dolores was a proud member of
  the Messiah Lutheran Church, New Centerville, and the New Centerville Ladies Auxiliary.
  After many years of dedicated service, she retired from Fleetwood Folding Trailers in
  Somerset. She loved her family more than life itself. She loved cake and ice cream almost
  as much. Her wish was to be cremated and returned to God's earth in her favorite spot in
  North Carolina. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Messiah
  Lutheran Church along Jubilee Street in New Centerville and will be followed by a meal at
  the same location. All are welcome to attend and share in the celebration of the life of
