Pfrogner, 73, of Frostburg, died May 7, 1877, at Frostburg Community Hospital. Born in Mt; Pleasant, he was a son of the late Frank and Barbara (Fidhammer) Pfrogner. He was a retired teacher at Beall High School, Frostburg, and also taught at Somerset Area Senior High School and Meyersdale High School. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, LaVale, Md. Surviving are his widow, Nancy (Long) Pfrogner; four sons: George O. Jr., Miami, Fla.; Dr. Ray L., Huntingdon; Lee, Griffin, Ga.; and James, Arbutus, Md;; two daughters: Mrs. Barbara Ginzelik, Lafayette, Ind.; and Mrs. Nancy Zurcher, Coopersburg; six brothers: Frank, Lewis, James, Clarence, Alvin and Eugene, all of Mt. Pleasant; four sisters: Mrs. Mary Brannick, Mrs. Grace Onderko, Mrs; Betty Hout and Mrs. Emily Mason, all of Mt; Pleasant; also surviving are 11 grandchildren.
