  PHALIN
  
  Margaret I. Phalin, 87, of Meyersdale, died Dec. 31, 1999 at Beverly
  Health Care in Meyersdale.  Born Dec. 19, 1912 in Meyersdale, a
  daughter of the late Anna (Greig) Carouse.  Also preceded in death by
  her husband, Carl E. Phalin, and two sons, Carl R. Phalin and James
  W. Phalin.  Survived by her daughter, Connie B. Secrest, Garrett, and
  a half-sister, Betty Petry, Salisbury.  Also survived by 14
  grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.  A member of the Zion
  Lutheran Church, Meyersdale.  Friends were received Sunday at the
  Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 1
  p.m. Monday, with the Rev. Randall Marburger officiating.  Interment
  Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
