  PHALIN
  
  Patricia M. Phalin, 53, of Cheswick, formerly of Meyersdale, died
  Aug. 1, 1985, Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh; Born Jan. 10, 1932,
  Meyersdale, daughter of Mrs. Mary (Meager) Schnelzer of Meyersdale
  and the late Andrew Schnelzer.  Survived by her husband, James W;; and
  these children: Barbara Mentzell and Carolyn Phalin, both of Apollo;
  Ann Tinkhan of Biscayne Park, Fla.; and Tresa Smajda, Freeport; and
  five grandchildren.  A sister of: Jack of Rockhill, S.C;; Mrs. Mary
  Daub and Jane Tanepinto, both of Erie; and Cecelia Bittner of
  Meyersdale.  Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9
  p.m. Sunday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale; Mass of Christian
  Burial will be Monday at the Ss. Philip and James Catholic Church,
  Meyersdale, with the Rev. James Bunn.  Interment, church cemetery.
