  DEWEY PHENICIE 
  
  Dewey Phenicie, 68, Garrett died Dec. 1 at his home.  Born in Garrett,
  he was a son of tne late Robert and Savine (Romesberg) Phenicie.
  Surviving are a son, Ulysses, Frostburg; a daughter, Mrs. Kermit
  Altemus, Johnstown; two sisters, Mrs; Blanche Williams, Somerset, and
  Mrs. Mabel Sneeler, Stoystown; also three grandchildren.  Funeral
  services was held Saturday morning at Price Funeral home, Meyersdale,
  with Rev. Hoffman officiating.  Burial was made m Highland cemetery.
