  CLAY M. PHENNICIE
  
  Clay M. Phennicie II, 70, of Amarillo, Texas, died June 11, 1994.
  Born in Garrett, he was the son of the late Clay and Hilda (Shultz)
  Phenicie.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, the former Myrle
  Boren and a brother, Frank.  He is survived by a son, Clay III of
  Austin, Texas; brothers Jack of Martinsburg, WV, and Dale of Ellicott
  City, Md.  He is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.  The
  Schooler-Gordon Blackburn-Show Funeral Home of Amarillo, Texas was
  in charge of the funeral arrangements.
