  PHILLIPPI
  
  Betty P. Phillippi, 68, of 825 Edgewood Road, York, formerly of
  Stoystown, died June 8, 1993, at home.  She was born June 14, 1924, in
  Quemahoning Township, daughter of the late Levi and Lottie (Shaffer)
  Homer.  Survived by her husband of 49 years, Clyde E., and these
  children: Terry of Jennerstown and Mrs. Jerry (Trudy) Hinote of York.
  Also seven grandchildren.  Sister of Clyde Homer of Tionesta, Mildred
  Stotler of Florida, and Herbert Homer of York.  She was a member of
  the Canadochly Lutheran Church, York.  Family will receive friends
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Stoystown, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday with Rev.
  Melvin Dick officiating.  Interment, Odd Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown.
