  CHARLES PHILLIPPI 
  
  Charles L. Phillippi, 76, Fort Hill RD 1, died Sept. 10, 1978 in the
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born March 15, 1902, in Addison
  Township, he was a son of the late Peter L. and Harriet (McLarie)
  Phillippi.  He is survived by his wife, Nancy Ohlhauser; and the
  following children: Mrs. Pauline Lewis, Canton, Ohio; Elwood, Mineral
  City, Ohio, Mrs. Nancy Snodgrass, Canton, Ohio; Tammy and Charles Jr.,
  both at home; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  Friends
  were received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where funeral
  services were held Wednesday with the Rev. Vernon Witt officiating.
  Interment, Silbaugh Cemetery.
