  Melda K. Phillippi, 85, of Berlin formerly of Rockwood, died Oct. 16,
  1996, at Meadow View Nursing Center.  Born Sept. 8, 1911, in Kingwood.
  Daughter of the late Elmer and Stella (Nichols) Sanner.  Survived by
  these children: Mrs. Gerald (Marcine) Zorn, Rockwood; Jack R. of
  Ladson, S.C.; Wanda J. of South Carolina, and O.J. of Herndon, Va.
  Former member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Rockwood. No visitation
  or viewing.  Private service at the convenience of the family, Rev.
  Melvin A. Kirk Jr. officiating.  Interment, Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
  Instead of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Meadow
  View Nursing Center, RD 3, Berlin PA 15530.  Arrangements by Deaner
  Funeral Home, Berlin.
