  PHILLIPPI
  
  Phyllis Jean Phillippi, 65, of Stoystown (Reading Mines) died April
  30, 2000 at Select Specialty Hospital, Johnstown.  Born July 1934 in
  Reading Mines, daughter of Ralph and Hazel (Weimer) Phillippi.
  Preceded in death by parents, stepfather Jennings Shaffer, sisters
  Maxine Miller, and Thelma Friedline, brother Dale Phillippi,
  brother-in-law Wayne Miller and sister-in-law Betty Phillippi.
  Survived by sister Doris Phillippi, with whom she resided and brother
  Clyde Phillippi of Somerset; sisters-in-law Gloria Miller and Mary Ann
  Phillippi, and brother-in-law Ray Friedline.  Also numerous nieces and
  nephews. Employed by Roy Rogers, Somerset Turnpike.  Member of Grace
  Lutheran Church, Stoystown.  Family will receive friends from 2 to 4
  and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner funeral Home, Stoystown. where
  service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. Walter L. Startzel
  officiating.  Interment Rockwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
