  RALPH PHILLIPPI
  
  Ralph (Brownie) Phillippi, 52, of Rockwood, died unexpectedly Dec.
  14, 1978, in Somerset Community Hospital.  He was born March 1, 1925,
  in Casselman, son of John and Sadie (Lichty) Phillippi.  He is
  survived by mother, Rockwood RD 3, wife Opal (Schrock) Phillippi of
  Rockwood; one son John also of Rockwood; one step-son, Larry Schrock
  of Mann's Choice; seven brothers, Clyde of Rockwood RD 1, Gene of
  Pittsburgh, George, Milton and Alvin, all of Rockwood RD 3; Kenneth
  (Bud) of Edie; and James of Beaver Falls, Pa.; one sister, Mrs.
  George (Mary) Spangler of Rockwood RD 2; and one grandson.  He was a
  member of Somerset Eagles and Cement Finishing Union, Local 528.
  Friends were received at the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood
  where services were conducted with the Rev. Dewayne Johnson
  officiating.  Interment, Normalville Cemetery.
