  RUTH E. PHILLIPPI 
  
  Ruth E. Phillippi, 85, of Rockwood died Aug. 4, 1981, in the Fazio
  Nursing Home, Markleysburg.  She was born Jan. 30, 1896, in Upper
  Turkeyfoot Township, a daughter of the late Jacob and Gertrude (King)
  Phillippi.  She was preceded in death by her parents; a twin sister,
  Lena Johnson; and a brother, Lawrence; also a nephew.  She is survived
  by six nieces, She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church of
  Rockwood and was owner operator of a beauty shop in Rockwood for many
  years.  Friends were received in the William J. Wood Funeral Home where
  services were conducted with her pastor, the Rev. Clarence C. Moore
  officiating.  Interment, Kingwood Lutheran Church Cemetery.
