  Dorothy W. (Brant) Wiltrout Phillips, 67, of Berlin RD 4, died Sept
  3, 1987, at her residence.  Born Jan. 26, 1920, in Brothersvalley
  Township, daughter of late Clayton and Mabel (Gindlesperger) Brant.
  Preceded in death by first husband, Richard E. Wiltrout in 1969; and
  a brother, Earl.  Survived by husband of 17 years, Joseph Phillips; a
  daughter, Mrs. Douglas (Delberta) Kellogg of Camp Bell, N.Y.; Charles
  A. Wiltrout, Dayton, Ohio; three grandchildren; seven step-children;
  Cheryl K. Schroder, Elyria, Ohio; Gary Lynn Phillips of Panama;
  Pamela Straight, Waynesburg; Sandra Bailey, Garrett, Ohio; Christa
  Thompson, Germany; Rita, Chardin, Ohio; Joseph B., Mantua, Ohio; and
  12 step-grandchildren.  A sister of Mrs. Bernadine Spangler,
  Cincinnati, Ohio.  Member of Berlin Brethren Church.  Friends will be
  received 2-9 p.m. Friday at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home where
  funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 1:30 p.m., the Rev.
  Ralph Mills officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
