  PHILLIPS
  
  Frank Phillips Sr., 83, of Boswell, died unexpectedly Septem ber 3,
  1972 at home.  Born February 26, 1889 in Czechoslavokia, a son of
  Theodore and Mary Phillips.  Preceded in death by wife, the former
  Mary Kovach, August 17, 1964.  Survived by these children, Mary, wife
  of George Buchwald, Long Island, N.Y., Frank, married Gillett
  Courquin, Columbus, N.J., John, married to Betty Lawrence, Anna
  Helen, wife of William Rochfoed Charles, married to Irene Zemo,
  Peter, married to Alice Garland, and Pauline, wife of Lewis Tasin,
  all of Baltimore, Md., Steve, married to Helen Simmons, Greensburg,
  Ind., George married to Lori Popp, Westport, Ind., 22 grandchildren,
  one great granddaughter.  Member of St. Mary's Orthodox Greek Catholic
  Church, Jenners, and the Jenner Rod and Gun Club.  Friends received after
  7 p.m. Tuesday at the Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home (successor to Donald B. Hay)
  409 Main St., Boswell, where Parastas will be held at 7:30 p.m.
  Wednesday and panachida at 9:15 a.m. Thursday.  Divine liturgy will
  be sung at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Church, Jenners, the Rev.
  John Pribish officiating.  Interment church cemetery.
