Born Dec. 18, 1918, in Pennsylvania. A daughter of the late Paul Lloyd and Mary (Bender) Anderson. Also preceded in death by her first husband, Edward R. Koch Sr.; her second husband, J. Bruce Phillips; three brothers, Joe, Paul Lloyd and Kenneth; and a sister, Pauline Thomas. Survived by a son, Edward R. Koch Jr. and his wife, Janis, Richland, Wash.; and two grandchildren, Shannon and Christopher. A sister of Beatrice Smith, New Baltimore; Chirley Anderson, Stoystown; and Mary Engleka, Akron, Ohio. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where a service will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Joseph Onder officiating. Born December 18, 1918 in Connellsville, she was a daughter of the late Paul Lloyd and Mary (Bender) Anderson. She was also preceded in death by her first husband Edward R. Koch Sr.; and her second husband J. Bruce Phillips; four brothers: Joe, Paul Lloyd, Donald and Kenneth; and a sister Pauline Thomas. She is survived by a son, Edward R. Koch, Jr., and his wife Janis, Richland, Wash.; and two grandchildren: Shannon and Christopher.
