   Jessie Atwalda Phillips, 82 of Somerset died August 22, 2008 at Somerset Hospital.  
   She was born July 7, 1926, daughter of the late Harry Loughner and Florence Landon.
 She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Melvin Phillips; daughter, Janet E.
 Lively; brothers: Harry and Robert; and sisters: Sarah and Lorreta.
   Jessie is survived by children: Mrs. Ivan C. (Susan M.) Hood, New Florence; Mrs. John
 (Karen E.) Hummel, Blairsville; Mrs. Dennis (Darlene K.) Harvey, Garrett; Mr. Craig
 Phillips and wife Sandra, Meyersdale; Mr. Keith Phillips and wife Rhonda, Somerset; and
 good friend, Ray Coddington.
   She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; brothers: Carl,
 Melvin and Tony; and sister, Joanne.
   Jessie enjoyed flowers, doll collecting and shopping.
   Friends were received at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset. Services were
 conducted at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, with Barry K. Ritennour officiating.
 Interment at Edie Cemetery.
