  EDGAR P. PHILSON 
  
  Edgar P. Philson, 84, of Berlin, died May 17, 1972, in Berlin.  Born
  April 4, 1888, in Berlin, he was a son of the late William F. and
  Minnie (Brubaker) Philson.  Surviving are these sisters and brother:
  Miss Elizabeth Philson, Cumberland, Md.; Mrs. Bertha Landis, Berlin
  RD 1; Gertrude (Philson) Musser and Albert W. Philson, both of
  Berlin; and Leora (Philson) Eccles, Lansdale.  He was a veteran of
  World War and served in France with the U.S. Army Medical Corps.  He
  was a retired accountant for the Bethlehem Steel Corporation and the
  Merrill Coal Company of Garrett.  He was a member of Holy Trinity
  Lutheran Church of Berlin and the Harry Fisher Post of the American
  Legion there.  Funeral service was held Saturday morning in Johnson
  and Son Funeral Home, Berlin, with Rev. Robert Ardell Miller
  officiating.  Interment in Berlin IOOF Cemetery.
