Pile, 100, of Kelso, Wash., formerly of Friedens, died Oct. 20, 1994, in Kelso, Wash. Born Nov. 3, 1893 in North Freedom, Wis. Preceded in death by husband, O. Park Pile. Survived by these children: Donald A. Pyle, Friedens; Erma, married to Robert Fristad of Kelso, Wash.; Eleanor A. Pile, Washington D.C.; and Edna "Polly," married to R. Thomas Strayer, Johnstown; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was a retired employee of Longview Sanatorium of Kelso, Wash. Member of Friedens Lutheran Church and attended the Kelso Presbyterian Church. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Friedens Lutheran Cemetery by Rev. James R. Ling.
