  THELMA PILE
  
  Thelma Pile, 80, of the Towers, West Church Street, Somerset, died
  June 16, 1983, at Somerset Community Hospital.  She was born August
  25, 1902, in Glencoe, daughter of late Lewis J. and Emma Gertrude
  (Hensel) Little.  She was preceded in death by two sisters and a
  brother.  She is survived by husband, Orville "Ephie" Pile; and two
  children, Mrs. Robert (Virginia) Ludy, Somerset, and Chester (Jack),
  Friedens RD 1; also two grandchildren, Deborah Jo Younkins,
  Hollywood, Md., and Cherry Kay Bierer, Pittsburgh.  She was a former
  member of Friedens Volunteer Fire Company auxiliary.  Friends were
  received at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, Somerset, where
  services were held with the Rev. A. C. Tasker officiating.  Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park.  Family requests contributions be made
  to favorite charity.
