  PITZER
  
  Mrs. Goldie M. Pitzer, 97, of West Catherine St., Somerset, died June
  25, 1983 at Siemon Lakeview Manor.  Born July 14, 1886, in Moundsville,
  W.Va., daughter of Charles Scott and Lydia (Caldwell) Riggs.  Preceded
  in death by husband, P.M. Pitzer, a granddaughter, four brothers and
  three sisters.  Survived by these children: Richard and Mrs. Charles
  D. (Norma Lee) Glessner, both of Somerset; Mrs. William (Dollie)
  Burford, of Freeport, Pa.; Mrs. Harold (Betty Jane) Wagner, of
  Shirleysburg, R D. 1; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-children.  Member
  of Calvary United Methodist Church, Somerset.  Friends will be
  received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Richard E. Hauger
  Funeral Home, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, the
  Rev. Harry Sherry officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial
  Park.
