  BEN TRAVIS PLATT
  
  Ben Travis Platt, infant son of Travis S. and Berneatta (Shaffer) Platt,
  Sipesville, died April 4, 2004, at UPMC Lee Regional Hospital Johnstown. 
  Survived by parents; maternal grandmother, Kim (Botwright) Peterson,
  Boswell; Maternal grandparents, Rodger and Cheri (Lucas) Shaffer,
  Sipesville; Paternal grandparents, James and Joan (Geary) Platt of
  Scullton, paternal great-grandmother Delma Platt, Somerset, and paternal
  great-great-grandmother, Blanche Kimmel, Berlin.  Also survived by numerous
  aunts, uncles and cousins.  Friends received from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at
  the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, and also to graveside
  service at 10 a.m. Thursday at Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.  The Rev. Dr.
  Bruce Maxwell officiating.
