  Goldie M. Platt, 82, of 300 Vine Street, Berlin, died Dec. 14, 1986,
  at Somerset Community Hospital.  She was born Feb. 21, 1904, in
  Berlin, the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth (Lease) Fritz.  Preceded
  in death by her parents; a son, Master Sgt. Donald Platt in 1952;
  three brothers and four sisters.  Survived by her husband, Henry S.;
  and these children: Mrs. Clarence (Kathryn) Landis, Berlin, RD 3;
  Henry Jr., married to the former Shirley Martin, San Antonio, Texas;
  Mrs. Harold (Mary) Bittner, Berlin RD 3; Charles, married to the
  former Delma Seifert, at home; Richard, married to the former Evelyn
  Harkom; and Mrs. Robert (Bernadine "Dolly") Glotfelty, both of
  Berlin; James, married to the former Eula Bryant, Petersburgh, Va.;
  30 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-
  grandchildren.  Also brothers Harry and Charles Fritz, both of
  Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.  Her death ends a marriage union of 66 years.  A
  Member of First Brethren Church, Berlin, and a Gold Star Mother of
  the Harry Fisher Unit 445, American Legion Auxiliary.  Friends will be
  received 7-9 p.m. Monday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the
  Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home, Berlin, where services will be held at
  2 p.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Ralph E. Mills officiating.  Interment,
  Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
