  Ursula Lucille Platt, 77, of Somerset died Jan. 29, 2002 at Meadow
  View Nursing Center, Berlin.  Born March 16, 1924 in Kregar.  Daughter
  of Eskon and Stella (Phillippi) Bowman.  Preceded in death by parents,
  four brothers, Franklin, Merle, Harold, and Lloyd Bowman, and two
  sisters, Ilga Smith and Thelma Goering.  Survived by husband, Glenn
  Adams Platt to whom she was married 55 years, daughters, Mrs. Diane
  Engleka of Somerset, and Mrs. Virginia Baucrmaster of Somerset, six
  grandchildren: Edward G. Engleka, married to the former Kay Henry of
  Somerset; Mrs. Jody (Elena) Gary of Markleton; Mrs. Brett (Ellen)
  Hagens of Somerset; Mitchell R. Bauermaster of Somerset; Ms. Erica Jo
  Henry, New Lexington; and Mrs. Michael (Clarissa D.) Drabish of
  Somerset.  Six great-grandchildren: Morgan and Mya Hagens, Kaitlyn and
  Landon Henry, and Zachary and Kali Drabish.  Sister of Mrs. Charles
  (Wilma) White of Irwin; Mrs. Blanche DeMarco of New Castle, and Mrs.
  Ira (Ida) Kastner of Kent, Ohio.  Also survived by aunt Miss Mary
  Phillippi of Jersey Shore.  A 1943 graduate of Somerset High School.
  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where service will be conducted at 11
  a.m. Friday, Rev. Sherman H. Berkey officiating.  Interment, Pike
  Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association,
  300 Penn Center Blvd., Suite 700 Pittsburgh, Pa. 15235.
