  ALLEN W. PLATTER 
  
  Allen W. Platter, 59, of Garrett, died June 12 at his home.  He was
  born December 2, 1915, in Garrett, a son of the late George and
  Phoebe Miller Platter.  He is survived by two brothers, Glenroy and
  Raymond, both of Garrett.  Services were conducted January 15 at the
  Price Funeral Home, the Rev. Thomas Moog officiating.  Interment in
  the Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
