  MRS. ORVIS R. PLATTER
  
  Bertha S. Platter, 60, of Fort RD 1, died Nov. 23, 1973, in Uniontown
  Hospital.  Born Feb. 27, 1913, in Salisbury, she was a daughter of
  Irvin and Sarah (Shoemaker) Livengood.  Surviving are her husband,
  Orvis R. Platter; also two half-brothers and a half-sister.  Funeral
  service was held in Maple Glen Church of the Brethren, of which she
  was a member.  The pastor, Rev. Daniel J. Whitacre, officiated.
  Interment in Maple Glen cemetery.
