  GLENROY PLATTER
  
  Glenroy Platter, 81, Garrett RD 1, died Feb. 16, 1989, at Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  He was born Oct. 2, 1902, in Garrett, a son of
  late George W. and Phoebe (Miller) Platter.  He is survived by
  brother, Raymond, with whom he resided.  Friends were received at the
  Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where services were conducted with
  the Rev. William Phennicie officiating.  Interment, Highland Cemetery,
  Garrett.
