  ROSE S. PLATTER 
  
  Mrs. Rose S. Platter, 78, of RD 1, died July 24, in Berlin.  Born in
  Somerset County, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Nora
  (Kendall) Stevanus.  Surviving are a brother, Albert Stevanus of Ohio,
  and two sisters, Mrs. Ada Knee, and Mrs. Cora Romesburg, Garrett.
  Services were conducted July 26 at Konhaus Funeral Home, the Rev.
  Daniel Gray officiating and interment was Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
