  LOMA PLAUGHER
  
  Mrs. Loma V. Plaugher, 84 of Hilltop, Westernport, Md. died Saturday,
  October 1, at Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Oakland.  Born in
  Grantsville, Md., she was a daughter of the late Z. G. and Carrie
  (Smouse) Duckworth.  Preceded in death by her husband, she is survived
  by a sister, Mrs. Martin Weakley, Piedmont, WV.  Mrs. Plaugher was a
  member of the Westernport United Methodist Church.  The body was at
  the Fredlock Funeral Home, Piedmont, W. Va., where a service was
  conducted by the Rev. William Ransom.  Rev. Harold Malone officiated.
  Interment was in Philos Cemetery, Westernport.
