  PLETCHER
  
  Elsie M. Pletcher, 97, of Scullton, died Sept. 1, 1995, at the
  Somerset Hospital.  She was born April 13, 1898, in Scullton, a
  daughter of the late Jonas and Catherine (Bowman) Gary.  Preceded in
  death by her husband, Amos O. Pletcher, in 1973.  Also preceded in
  death by an infant son, two grandchildren and brothers, Albert,
  Ernest, Daniel and Ralph Gary, and a sister, Susie Shultz.  She was
  the last member of her family.  Survived by the following children:
  Roy Pletcher, E. Blaine Pletcher, Clyde Pletcher, Mrs. Edward
  (Shirley) King, all of Rockwood RD 3; Paul Pletcher of Acme, and
  Treecy Hechler of Rockwood RD 2; also 24 grandchildren, 35
  great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.  Member of the
  Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church.  Friends will be received from 7
  to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Wilbur D.
  Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood.  Funeral service will be conducted at
  10:30 a.m. Monday at the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, Rev.
  Tom Zimmerman officiating.  Interment, church cemetery.  There will he
  no viewing of the remains at the church.
