  ERNEST PLETCHER 
  
  Ernest O. "Abe" Pletcher, 69, of Markleton RD 1, died May 3, 1978 in
  the Somerset Community Hospital.  Born May 19, 1908 in Upper
  Turkeyfoot Township, he was a son of the late Elmer G. and Lena Maude
  (Faidley) Pletcher.  He was preceded in death by parents and one
  brother.  He is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs.
  Grace Faidley of Connellsville; John C., Roy D. and Mrs. Ethel Vough,
  all of Markleton; also Mrs. Ruby Nicklow of Akron, Ohio; and Harry of
  Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.  He was a member of the Kingwood Church of God
  and retired Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. employee.  Friends were
  received in the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home where funeral services
  were conducted with the Rev. Paul Tobias officiating.  Interment,
  Kingwood, IOOF Cemetery.
