  JAMES PLETCHER 
  
  James Pletcher, 73, Pine Street, Garrett, died June 1, in the
  Somerset Community Hospital.  A son of the late Amos and Liza
  Pletcher, he was born June 9, 1892, in Rockwood.  He was preceded in
  death by six children, one sister and one brother.  He is survived by
  his wife, the former Margaret Sarver; three sons, Theodore, Wickiffe,
  Ohio; William, South Gate, Mich.; Robert, Florida; 12 grandchildren;
  four great grandchildren; two brothers John, Lisbon, Ohio; and
  George, Florida.  Mr. Pletcher was a member of Mt. Tabor Lutheran
  Church, Garrett, Garrett volunteer fire department, and U.M.W.A.
  Service was held June 4 in. Johnson and Son Funeral Home, with Rev.
  Walter L. Brandau officiating.  Interment was in the Highland
  Cemetery, Garrett.
