Born March 2, 1910 in White, Fayette County, a daughter of Clarence and Clara (Miller) Pletcher. Preceded in death by parents; two brothers, Harry and Donald Pletcher and close friend and companion Harry Alvin Miller, who died Sept. 16, 1976. Survived by sister, Mrs. Lyda Henry of Canton, Ohio and six nieces and nephews including Mrs. Elsie M. Pritts and Mrs. Earl F. (Stella M.) Beeman, both of Somerset. Attended First United Methodist Church. Retired in 1975 as a press operator for the Somerset Daily American with 43 years of service. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, with the Rev. Patricia M. Nelson officiating.
