  PLETCHER
  
  Sanford C. "Butch" Pletcher, 52, Water Level Road, Somerset, died
  July 14, 1998, in Somerset Hospital.  Born April 20, 1946, in Milford
  Township, son of the late Orlo and Esther (Hoover) Pletcher.  Survived
  by his wife, Virginia (Seifert) Pletcher and these children: Sanford
  Jr., married to the former Mary Nightengale, Berlin, and Melissa,
  wife of Roger A. Maust, Somerset; two grandchildren: Ashley Pletcher
  and Joseph Maust; brother, Orlo Pletcher Jr., and his wife, the
  former Bonnie Poperneck, Rockwood; and sisters: Mary, wife of Alvin
  Knopsnyder, Rockwood; Wanda, wife of Eugene Judy, Rockwood; and Mona
  Lisa, wife of Jerry Miller, Johnstown.  He was a member of the
  Abundant Life Christian Center and retired from Lincoln Supply.
  Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. today and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Thursday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service will
  be conducted Friday at 10:30 a.m, with the Rev. Sam Coughenour
  officiating.  Interment, Rockwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
