PLOUGH Enoch Franklin Plough, 91, well known resident of Somerset, died last Thursday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Henry A. Zimmerman in Holsopple. Mr. Plough was well-known as a horse and cattle dealer in Somerset County, and was a business associate of the late D. B. Zimmerman of Somerset and Moses Weaver of Conemaugh Township for some years. He was born in Buckstown, September 9, 1851. For more than half a century he had been a resident of Somerset borough, and retired from active business only when failing health forced him to do so. Each winter for the last few years Mr. Plough and his wife closed their home and removed to Holsopple where they stayed with their only surviving daughter, Mrs. Zimmerman. Surviving are his wife, Julia Ackerman Plough, the above mentioned daughter, and two grandsons, Dr. Richard P. Zimmerman, first lieutenant in the medical corps, United States army, stationed somewhere in Australia, and Dr. Henry Zimmerman, flight surgeon at the Santa Ana air base, California.
